I created Light Bodies out of necessity, my own, and the collective's. During a time when the world slowed down, I found myself returning to the sacred. Mornings became my temple. I stood in my kitchen, mixing powdered botanicals into coffee like a quiet prayer, longing for something deeper than the noise of wellness trends. I didn't want more pills or synthetic fixes. I wanted nourishment that felt sacred, something alive. Something that could meet me in my truth and elevate me from the inside out. Light Bodies was born from those early rituals. It is the distillation of two decades immersed in holistic nutrition, raw food alchemy, healing, sobriety, and sacred motherhood.

I created this to simplify everything I've learned about cellular vitality, beauty, and longevity into one intentional moment. One scoop, one breath, one invitation back to the body.
